Job Description

If so, we invite you to join our dynamic Information Technology team as a Product Data Management Specialist. In this role, you will be a pivotal player in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our product data within the cutting-edge Product Information Management (PIM) system.



Key Responsibilities:


Product Data Management:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather product data from various sources.
  • Input and meticulously update product information within the PIM system, ensuring unparalleled accuracy, consistency, and timely entry.
  • Vigilantly monitor and uphold the quality and consistency of product data attributes, descriptions, images, and other related information.
  • Follow established protocols for new product onboarding, revisions, and end-of-life processes within the PIM system.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular reviews of product data, rectifying errors or inconsistencies and ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate insightful reports on product data health, issues, and resolution statuses.
  • Identify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of product data.
  • Provide essential support in testing and rolling out new PIM features and functionalities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, e-commerce, marketing, and IT teams to ensure a seamless flow of product data across platforms.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings, staying updated on upcoming product releases, changes, and other relevant updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product data management, database management, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with PIM systems or other data management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycles and e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
