About This Role:

As a Program Coordinator contributing to the success of K-State 105, your role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day programming and ensuring the seamless operation of our initiatives. Specializing in workforce issues and key metrics, you will actively assist the Director of K-State 105 coordinate programs, projects, and various operational tasks.

Working with the K-State 105 team, this support role involves overseeing the assigned area of responsibility, streamlining program operations, and providing crucial assistance in implementing solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of K-State 105, your responsibilities include maintaining efficient workflows, triaging inquiries, and organizing information for the team.

Your interpersonal skills will shine as you engage with stakeholders, offering valuable support, and facilitating effective communication within the initiative. You'll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of K-State 105 initiatives, contributing to our ongoing success. Worksite Options:

This position is eligible for hybrid worksite. Work is performed partially remote and partially on employer premises or designated assignment location. Employee must have the ability to be on campus frequently during the work week and up to 4 days as needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen understanding of higher education and workforce-related issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and communication tools.

  • Previous experience in program coordination, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and effectively communicating complex information.
