Sr Accounting Processor

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon Affinity in our Fort Wayne, Indiana office.

This is a hybrid role out of our Ft Wayne, IN office.

What the day will look like

  • Daily application of cash to appropriate open receivables.
  • Process and apply ACH and credit card payments.
  • Assisting collections team where needed; client communication - written and verbal
  • Researching, and resolving accounts to bring final resolution
  • Administration of Incoming Toll Free Phone Lines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients via phone and e-mail
  • Data entry and solid mathematical skills
  • Computer experience with the Microsoft office suite products (Word, Excel)
  • Accounting knowledge, reconciliation experience helpful
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work with attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team, but also independently with minimal supervision
  • 1 + years of office experience in customer service, accounting or finance work related experience.
  • Experience in researching and resolving client transactions helpful

Education: High School Diploma/equivalent or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $38,000 - $43,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
