Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:


Education: High School Diploma or currently pursuing.


Skills/Abilities:
Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and field personnel.
Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of payroll program and the ability to learn other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to use basic math skills.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and back ground test.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.


Travel:
Occasional travel to other stores or for training.

Working Conditions:
The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather. May stand for extended periods. The employee is routinely exposed to outdoor weather.


Full-time/Part-time position; will require weekend and evening hours.
