About This Role:

The Program/Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Learning Assistant Program. The Learning Assistant Coordinator not only supports, trains, and supervises undergraduate student leaders in our K-State First Learning Assistant program, but also leads and supports additional efforts in Student Success coursework, teaching, and supervision of graduate assistants, practicum students, and interns.

Worksite Options:

This position is required to be performed on-site. Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location. Once the person hired for the role is fully trained, options for working remotely approximately 1 day a week will be available within the guidance of K-State's Remote Work policy.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • This position may use an educational equivalency as determined by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in higher education
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in teaching, advising, and/or leading undergraduates.
  • Experience with planning, implementing, assessing, and improving programs.
  • Experience with student data systems (i.e., KSIS, Canvas)
  • Collaborative leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and related software

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$41,388.00 - $52,764.00
