Description & Requirements

We are seeking to add an experienced Wealth Management professional to serve as a lead Advisor to High-Net-Worth families.

How you will contribute:

  • Serve as wealth management advisor on a team helping high net-worth families identify and prioritize their goals & dreams. Contribute to the design and ongoing implementation of a comprehensive wealth management plan for clients.
  • Maintain/Develop in-depth technical expertise and global knowledge of wealth management services, including financial planning, investment management, estate and legacy planning concepts, including trust administration
  • Interact with custodians and corporate trustees in administering trust documents
  • Coordinate & work on multiple, concurrent client projects & complete assignments with minimal supervision
  • Actively lead and participate in business development activities to identify, pursue & acquire new clients
  • Develop contacts with others in the business, professional or civic community

  • Willingness to travel as appropriate to serve our clients
  • Experience helping grow a wealth management practice
  • Experience overseeing associate advisors is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Financial planning degree preferred
  • 7 years or more of experience serving as the lead wealth management advisor to high net-worth families
  • One of the following designations is required: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPA, or Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA)
