We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Software Development Engineer to join our Software Development Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development practices and experience utilizing code repositories to manage changes to application source code efficiently.

Responsibilities
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the conception, specification, design, and development of software applications, frameworks, and components.
  • Utilize code repositories to manage changes to application source code, ensuring version control and collaboration among team members.
  • Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Assist in the documentation of software solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Support testing efforts by writing unit tests, conducting integration testing, and troubleshooting software defects.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and actively contribute to the adoption of new tools and practices within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development, with exposure to conceiving, specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing.
  • Familiarity with code repositories (e.g., Git, SVN) and version control systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies and design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Target salary range: $94,000 - $164,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
