Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to support Advisors Excel's Digital Automation Program. This program provides automated, turnkey digital marketing solutions to advisors, and can revolutionize their marketing if done right.
The Digital Account Manager will be the point of contact for all new and existing users of the platform, delivering the ultimate client experience with each interaction. What you'll do:
  • Promote our digital automation platform to new and existing advisors
  • Assist advisors with digital demonstrations, onboarding, and implementation
  • Provide training to advisors and their staff on how to use the platform and provide ongoing support
  • Learn about each advisors marketing funnel/process; make recommendations on how to best leverage our digital automation platform
  • Handle incoming inquiries about the platform; answer questions, teach best practices, and troubleshoot
  • Travel to AE events to promote the platform (1-2 times per year)
Experience you'll bring:
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with different personality types
  • Confident and professional in written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • High attention to detail in fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
Bonus Points:
  • Previous marketing or digital experience
  • Previous project management or product support experience
  • Knowledge of email automation platforms
